Our Process
Most of our items at Snap Romper are through 'drops' crafted with care and attention to detail. A "clothing drop" is a special release of a limited quantity of clothing items, often associated with a specific theme. (denim, knit etc)
Due to this, please note that it may take up to 4-6 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. Rest assured, we'll promptly notify you via email with a tracking number as soon as your item is en route.
Returns
Because of the above (pre-sales & drops) We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment. No Exceptions & Pre-sales are not eligible for a return
